Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and growth-oriented professional to work as a Commercial Assistant (Back Office) at an engineering software company. Key Highlights: 1. Company recognized as a reference in engineering and BIM software Location: Centro – RJ (Cinelândia) Employment Type: CLT – On-site We are looking for a **proactive, organized, and growth-oriented professional** to work as a **Commercial Assistant (Back Office)** at a company recognized as a leader in providing **engineering, architecture, 3D design, and construction software**, as well as specialized BIM training and consulting. **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Handling inbound customer service; * Preparing calculations and commercial proposals; * Updating negotiations and tracking processes in the CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus); * Supporting sales representatives with schedule management and pre-sales activities; * Managing purchase orders, license deliveries, and renewals in the partner center; * Assisting with the organization of contracts, purchase orders, and documentation. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in **Excel, Word**, and administrative routines; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Prior experience in commercial support or customer service roles is a plus. **What we offer:** * Salary: R$ 2.200,00 * Benefits: Transportation allowance + Daily cost-of-living allowance R$ 15.00/day + Quarterly performance bonus based on goals * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
