Responsibilities and Requirements: Hands\-on troubleshooting of Windows environments Handling service requests and prioritizing tasks. Installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, and printers Joining machines to the Windows domain User and corporate environment support Administration of Active Directory, Office 365, File Server, Print Server, and DNS Networking knowledge (TCP/IP) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Location: On-site – Icaraí – Niterói * Immediate availability and easy access to the area required Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
