Job Summary: IT Technician responsible for network cabling, installation, maintenance, and on-site and remote technical support for various devices. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote technical support for networks and devices 2. Installation and maintenance of network cabling (UTP and fiber optic) 3. Diagnosis of connectivity issues in hardware and software **IT Technician** Employment Type: CLT; Work Model: On-site \- Indefinite Period; Rio de Janeiro \- RJ Monday to Friday \| Business Hours. **Responsibilities:** Perform crimping, installation, and identification of passive network components, such as network cables, patch panels, and cable organizers. Carry out installation, activation, maintenance, testing, and deactivation of logical network points using UTP or fiber optic cabling (optical jumpers), according to the requirements of IT equipment; Diagnose connectivity issues on-site, both in wired and wireless networks, on microcomputers, printers, and other ICT equipment; Provide technical support for configuration and diagnosis of wireless connection issues on devices such as smartphones, tablets, notebooks, smart TVs, virtual assistants, and media streaming equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT or related fields; Minimum of 6 (six) months of experience in on-site network support activities; Practical experience in the described activities. ### **Employment Regime:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Basic knowledge of network cabling (crimping and installation), computer, printer, and other equipment support, user assistance and on-site technical support, technology, operating systems, Microsoft Office suite ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Life Insurance, Health Plan, Dental Plan, Food Voucher ### **Department:** Information Technology
