




Human Resources Analyst Position Description: We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for performing people management activities, recruitment and selection, with a focus on digital time tracking, and other HR-related functions. Responsibilities: * Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process for new employees * Manage and process time tracking, including payroll closing and calculation * Verify and enter data for payroll closing * Liaise with external accounting firms and suppliers * Conduct onboarding for new employees * Manage and record employee vacation time * Monitor and evaluate employee performance * Administer benefits and incentive programs * Maintain up-to-date employee records * Support HR initiatives and occupational medical examinations * Provide support to administrative departments and executive management Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources * Prior experience in Human Resources and Personnel Department roles * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Knowledge of labor legislation
