




Job Summary: Windows Systems Analyst to manage, maintain, and optimize Windows environments, focusing on application server administration such as IIS and Tomcat to ensure stability and security. As a Windows Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Windows-based environments, with a focus on application server administration such as IIS and Tomcat. This role is strategic in ensuring system stability, security, and performance, directly addressing incidents and implementing continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities Monitor and administer Windows servers and workstations. Manage and configure application servers, including IIS and Tomcat. Diagnose and resolve incidents related to operating systems, applications, and infrastructure. Implement updates, patches, and security fixes. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on systems and equipment. Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and information security teams. Participate in IT projects, contributing to the implementation of new solutions and technologies. Provide technical support to end users and assist in promoting best practices and new tools. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a higher education program recognized by the MEC, preferably in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Proven experience administering Windows Server. Experience configuring and administering application servers such as IIS and Tomcat. Solid knowledge of Windows environment administration (services, networking, and security). Knowledge of networking and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Preferred Qualifications Experience with automation and configuration tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef). Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, KVM, or similar). Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or similar). **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
