Collaborate with development, product, and business teams. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You'll Do Daily:** --------------------------------- * Proactively identify issues and root causes, contributing to continuous product improvement; * Plan and document test scenarios and cases, with structured recording in Confluence; * Assess testing risks and impacts; * Execute functional, non-functional, exploratory, integration, and regression tests; * Log and track bugs and defects using JIRA; * Participate in product delivery audits to ensure compliance with quality standards; * Support the technical support team with advanced testing and error reproduction; * Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to ensure high-quality deliveries; **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We’re Looking For Someone Who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
