Join us in driving this transformation! **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro, RJ (Iguá Rio de Janeiro S.A). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the portfolio of key accounts and relationships with their respective responsible contacts, whether B2B or B2C; * Ensure high-quality service delivery, promoting customer satisfaction; * Foster interdepartmental synergy so customers receive timely responses to their requests; * Monitor and track the client portfolio; * Promote customer service channels to ensure clients feel satisfied with the handling provided; * Deliver creative solutions aligned with company standards; * Report results to your leadership; * Comply with internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, among others, in pursuit of continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Experience using Microsoft Office suite; * Prior experience managing portfolios of Key Accounts and Major Accounts; Experience in sanitation, energy, gas concessionaires; telecommunications or banking sector companies. * **Desirable Requirements and Qualifications:** * Experience using Salesforce and Sansys; * Valid and permanent Category B driver's license.
