Job Summary: A BIM professional to provide direct support to the BIM Management team, ensuring the application and monitoring of standards and processes, with a focus on multidisciplinary coordination and information management. Key Highlights: 1. Direct support to the BIM Management team in operational and technical routines. 2. Management and auditing of BIM models and construction standards. 3. Support in the implementation and evolution of BIM processes, including 4D/5D/7D. Description: * Proven experience in managing, coordinating, or implementing BIM processes. * Experience in developing and managing BIM documents (EIR, MIDP, BEP, Mandates, ITs). * Experience in multidisciplinary project coordination and clash detection. * Solid knowledge of information management and construction standards. * Experience in BIM model quality auditing and control. * Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM management tools. * Experience with collaborative environments, issues, BCF, and CDE. Responsibilities and Duties: * Serve as direct support to the BIM Management team, reinforcing the operational and technical routines of the Rio de Janeiro BIM Unit. * Ensure the application, maintenance, and monitoring of standard BIM documents: EIR, MIDP, BEP, Mandates, and Work Instructions. * Ensure compliance with corporate BIM standards across the SP and RJ regional offices, acting as a technical liaison between teams. * Perform BIM information management, including organization, version control, approval workflows, and traceability. * Conduct quality audits of BIM models, verifying compliance with construction standards, information requirements, and corporate guidelines. * Support multidisciplinary BIM project coordination, promoting integration among disciplines. * Support the implementation, structuring, and evolution of BIM processes in RJ. * Actively contribute to the implementation and consolidation of BIM Cost Estimation (5D) and integrations with scheduling (4D/7D). * Provide technical support during meetings with designers, coordinators, and internal departments, ensuring alignment of guidelines and assumptions. 2512040202181901036
