High-visibility projects with direct impact on business and users Description: * Solid experience with C\# and .NET/.NET Core (preferably early in career), with practical software development background; * Current or recent experience in coordinating/leading technology or digital product teams or projects; * Experience with high-availability systems and scalable architecture, ensuring performance and stability under high traffic volumes; * Knowledge of SQL Server (basic to intermediate level); * Strong communication, planning, delivery management, and facilitation skills for technical and strategic meetings. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in toll concession sectors, urban mobility, or digital public services; * Certifications or hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe); * Familiarity with DevOps concepts, observability, and CI/CD pipelines.
