Learn more about the Junior Treasury Analyst opportunity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support daily cash flow monitoring and preparation of financial forecasts * Contribute to bank reconciliation and payment control * Support financial operations and relationships with banking institutions * Update managerial reports and treasury department KPIs * Support the monthly treasury closing process * Participate in treasury automation initiatives and process improvement projects **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or advanced level); VBA knowledge is a plus * Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Power Automate) is desirable * Advanced English (professional reading and communication) * Interest in or familiarity with process automation * Organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and strong analytical ability * Interest in learning about corporate finance and treasury operations Human capital is one of our greatest differentiators, and we prioritize building an ethical, well-prepared team aligned with the competencies and behaviors expected in internal interactions as well as with our investors and clients.
