**Responsibilities and duties**
* Monitor and manage KPIs and targets;
* Develop procedures and standardize departmental processes;
* Prepare and monitor action plans.
* Supervise monthly cash flow tracking, incurred expenses, and forecasting;
* Monitor travel budgets;
* Prepare annual budget;
* Supervise HH allocation.
* Supervise supplier contracting activities (contract amendments, contract termination, monitoring of active contracts);
* Supervise supplier registration/TDI activities (supplier registration, documentation updates, TDI tracking).
* Supervise tendering, contracting, and licensing activities, including dissemination of key attention points and action plans;
* Supervise schedule management (Artia);
* Manage the Neovero system;
* Supervise and review presentations prepared by the team;
* Supervise and review reports sent to other teams;
* Supervise and review BI reports;
* Supervise supplier payment activities (purchase order (PO) approvals, record sheets, invoice requests, invoice postings, tracking of calculations/payments);
* Manage payments – SAP.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering or Architecture;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
* Knowledge of administrative and financial processes;
* Experience in KPI management;
* Experience in system management;
* Experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting;
* Preferred: experience in the healthcare sector.

**Work location:** Barra da Tijuca (Hybrid model: 1 day per week working remotely).
**Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00\.
