We value diversity and inclusion within our team! **Job Description:** VACATION COVERAGE **Location:** Rua Álvares de Azevedo - 230, 4th, 5th, and 6th floors - Icaraí, Niterói - RJ, CEP: 24220-021 **Salary:** BRL 2243.62 **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher: BRL 30.15 * Food Allowance: BRL 368 * Transportation Allowance: 6% * Medical Assistance **Responsibilities:** * Completed high school education. * Prior knowledge or experience in related functions is an advantage. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Organizational skills, interpersonal communication, strong verbal and written fluency, courtesy, initiative, and flexibility. **Requirements:** * Monitor employee attendance record completion • Receive, organize, and manage time sheets * Receive, verify, and forward medical certificates to HR * Request and track physical access permissions * Request and track virtual access creation * Receive and dispatch document courier packages * Sort and organize uniforms and PPEs for shipment * Perform external postal services * Support data surveys and mapping * Maintain updated departmental records: reimbursements, expense reports, taxi usage, overtime, vacations, etc. * Provide additional administrative support to the department * Fulfill Analyst requests for data gathering * Provide frontline support to operational staff for incident resolution • Verify and update data/folders in the client's system: controls and procedures * Verify data entries in RGM spreadsheets for Book preparation * Verify overtime entries according to maintenance service schedules * Request password resets for Conbras team members (client interface) * Request Itaú ID badges for new hires (client interface) • Request vacation scheduling and monitor coverage process.
