




Description: Required Education: * Bachelor's degree in exact sciences (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics). Required Knowledge: * Python programming (library installation and programming logic). * Knowledge of data processing and analysis (relationships between tables, data quality, and optimization). * Python data science libraries (how to handle versions and library dependencies). * Statistics: mean, standard deviation, percentile, probability, probability distribution functions (Normal, Logistic, Binomial, Gamma, among others). * Model management (model maintenance). * Logical reasoning. Main Challenges: * Work on developing Data Science initiatives applied to Sales & Marketing, through maintaining and improving existing models, as well as developing new studies and models; * Execute end-to-end data analysis and forecasting projects—from problem understanding and manufacturing processes, opportunity identification, modeling execution, to delivery with deployment; * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and develop data solutions that meet their needs. Main Responsibilities: * Execute, maintain, test, and improve existing models to maximize generated gains; * Analyze data quality and implement techniques for outlier detection, ensuring model effectiveness; * Propose and build hypothesis tests (A/B tests) and prioritize the return of each initiative; * Build analytical dashboards for models, identify features and opportunities for improvement; * Research and study new Data Science techniques, track and influence advancements in the field; * Conduct tests and simulations of new Data Science techniques to improve the performance of existing models; * Prepare, validate, and test data for building new models. 251231020249775996
