We seek professionals who enjoy working with people to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience. You will provide direct support, resolve requests, and analyze feedback to drive continuous service improvement. The Junior Customer Support Analyst will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assessing their complexity, and, when necessary, clearly and objectively escalating them to the production team. You must deliver efficient, empathetic, and courteous responses to foster a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: * Receive, analyze, and resolve customer requests. * Clearly report questions to the production team and follow up on resolutions. * Respond to customers in an objective, warm, and satisfactory manner. * Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation. * Collaborate with colleagues to deliver more efficient support. Desired Qualifications: * Required education: Completed High School. * Preferred education: Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Production Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Skills: * Intermediate English. * Fluent Portuguese (written and verbal communication). * Proficiency in customer support tools and process organization. * Enjoy working with people. 2511060202271674791
