Job Summary: Responsible for internal sales of engineering and architecture software, prospecting, customer service, support, and after-sales. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in computer skills and technologies, Microsoft Office suite. Experience in corporate sales / customer service is a plus. ➡ Responsibilities: Sales and target achievement; Order registration; Order follow-up with customers; After-sales follow-up; Acquisition of new customers; Preparation of reports; Visit scheduling; Formulating proposals and negotiations; ➡ Requirements: Completed high school education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word will be tested). Proven experience in sales. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Ability to communicate clearly and assertively.
