We have an opportunity for you to assume leadership of the overnight shift at a 24-hour store that is a benchmark for customer service in the Recreio area. We seek a trustworthy individual who can manage the team, serve customers, and oversee operations—keeping everything running smoothly while the owners rest. **JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES** As a Night Shift Store Operator, your main responsibilities will be: * Ensuring smooth store operations during the night shift; * Leading the team and assisting with daily tasks (cashier duties, restocking, organization); * Keeping the store clean, well-stocked, and secure; * Resolving incidents autonomously and responsibly; * Performing cash closing and shift reporting. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * Retail experience, preferably in grocery or supermarket settings; * Prior team leadership or being a reference point for teams is a plus; * Ability to interact effectively with people, and to be organized and responsible; * Willingness and agility without losing patience; * Residing in Recreio or very nearby (due to shift timing). JOB DETAILS * Salary: BRL 1\.700,00 \+ 20% night shift allowance \+ cash handling allowance * Transportation allowance (round-trip) * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (one weekly day off \+ one Sunday per month) Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
