Opportunity for professional growth in the construction industry **CONSTRUCTION LABORER** We are looking for a committed, proactive individual willing to work as a **Construction Laborer**. Success in this role requires responsibility, attention to operational tasks, focus on safety, agility, and effective communication with the team. This position is essential to support construction site activities, directly contributing to site organization, safety, and work efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Assist masons, carpenters, and other construction professionals. * Transport, organize, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment. * Perform cleaning and maintenance of the construction site and work areas. * Prepare mortars, plasters, and concrete as instructed. * Support the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures. * Meet deadlines and ensure quality in supporting activities. * Use tools and equipment safely and appropriately. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and properly use PPE. * Collaborate with site supervisors, foremen, and other team members to maintain workflow and efficiency. * Maintain organization and proper storage of used materials and tools. **Qualifications** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred). * Prior experience in this role or in construction-related activities (preferred). * Willingness to perform operational and physically demanding tasks. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsibility, commitment, and attention to safety. * Agility and efficiency in performing tasks. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in civil construction projects, renovations, or medium- to large-scale construction. * Basic knowledge of civil construction and material preparation. * Fundamental familiarity with manual and power tools. * Interest in professional development within the construction industry. **Job Details** **Benefits:** Transportation allowance iFood benefit **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Breaks:** 1-hour lunch break **Location:** * Preference for candidates residing near **São Gonçalo, Niterói, or Itaboraí** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.120,80 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
