As a #CPLover, you will: * Ensure sprint goals are achieved; * Deliver value to business areas; * Act as a facilitator in Scrum execution and agile practices; * Remove obstacles/impediments identified by yourself or by teams involved in agile practice execution; * Monitor and record all Scrum events (rituals); * Train teams on Scrum and other agile practices as needed; * Collaborate on improving development processes for squad-related activities; * Report problems, difficulties, or impediments affecting agile process execution; To succeed in this role, you need: * Bachelor’s degree; * Experience in system development or implementation projects; * Experience as a Scrum Master, whether through certification, courses, and/or prior work experience; * Strong organizational and planning skills; * Knowledge of agile methodologies/Kanban; * Bonus: Prior experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps. It’s also desirable that you have: Fluent English (preferred).
