Set up tables (restaurant/beach), arrange utensils and accessories before and after each service. Sterilize and organize cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, and plates. Receive, verify, and organize materials provided by the warehouse according to requisitions. Restock beverage inventory. Assist in serving dishes, beverages, and desserts at tables, apartments, or events. Maintain organization in service areas, assisting with setup and breakdown. Record customer orders and requests for the kitchen team. Monitor and control access to the restaurant. Set up, break down, and replenish the buffet.
