These values are fundamental to creating an environment where everyone can thrive. **What You Will Do** * Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications; * Responsible for line stoppages for out-of-spec products and completing the stoppage form; * Handle non-conformance reports (RNCs) and customer service inquiries (SAC); * Enter hourly production data—including quantity produced, losses, and downtime—into the Plain system; * Conduct raw material counts during machine inventory; * Monitor and control raw material consumption (OVERCONSUMPTION); * Train team members on operational procedures; * Carry out and ensure the team executes planned CIL activities; * Ensure process audits (CL) are conducted and deviations identified are corrected; * Be accountable for Efficiency and Waste results for your shift; * Certified in Steps 0 and 1 of Autonomous Maintenance—TPM. **Who We Are Looking For** * Technical degree in Mechatronics or related fields; * For internal candidates: minimum 1 year of experience as Machine Assistant; * Basic knowledge of Excel. **What We Offer** This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in category management, working within a team of friendly and supportive specialists.
