Come digitize your DNA with us!! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle medium- and high-complexity technical incidents involving Meraki SD-WAN services. * Execute Service Requests by applying traffic load-balancing configurations, port blocking and enabling, VPN creation, security rule and policy creation, among others; * Identify root causes of medium-complexity incidents in Telecommunications Networks, SD-WAN and/or Voice environments — whether virtualized and/or Cloud-based (Cloud) — collaborating with other support teams and implementing structured improvement plans to reduce business impact on customers; * Demonstrate self-learning (autodidactic) and adaptable traits — proactively seeking information and rapidly developing expertise in new topics; * Possess critical analytical ability with a sense of urgency and empathy; * Maintain appropriate professional conduct when representing the company in client interactions and internal meetings; * Strong written Portuguese proficiency for drafting preliminary reports describing failures and incidents; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree required; * SD-WAN equipment from leading vendors: Meraki and Cisco. * Operational experience with Meraki environments, either for configuration and/or diagnostics; * Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, ISDN, R2, among others). **Additional Information** * **Benefits for a Vitalent:** * Meal allowance (Pluxee Benefits); * Health and dental insurance (extendable to dependents); * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * An exclusive Vivo offer with special discounts on landline, broadband, TV, and apps; * A dynamic, collaborative, and innovative environment: to keep pace with the market and continue innovating, our rhythm is fast and our learning curve steep.
