Occupational Safety Technician and Fire Brigade Member - Alagoas Pole

We believe that only this way can we continue growing, creating opportunities for everyone and contributing to a secure transition of Brazil’s energy matrix toward a low-carbon economy. **Responsibilities and duties** Responsibilities and duties: * Support the development of QSMS management and execution procedures; * Train, qualify, formalize and inspect compliance with safety rules and procedures during task execution; * Supervise activities related to NRs 10, 12, 33 and 35; * Support the development of safety signage for facilities; * Inspect and control maintenance and replacement of collective and individual protective equipment; * Monitor occupational safety indicators; * Ensure managers comply with mandatory correct use of PPE; * Support actions aimed at legally proving compliance with regulations before competent authorities; * Support facility operations in managing risks related to occupational exposure and their respective agents, proposing preventive actions to eliminate or neutralize these agents; * Participate in actions promoting company facility safety; * Disseminate to workers information regarding occupational health and safety; * Collaborate in the development and implementation of the PGR and other occupational health and safety programs; * Participate in workplace accident investigation committees and propose solutions for identified issues. **Requirements and qualifications** Requirements and qualifications: * High school diploma * Technical degree in Occupational Safety, registered with the Ministry of Labor and Employment * Minimum of 5 years of experience in onshore oil and gas exploration and production operations and processing activities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Brazilian driver's license “D” * Training in NRs 10, 20, 33 and 35 * Fire brigade training **Additional information** **Work schedule: Shift and hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM** Benefits offered: * Medical insurance for employee and dependents; * Dental insurance for employee and dependents; * Life insurance; * Company transportation; * On-site meals; * Food allowance; * Variable compensation program (PLR); We are among the leading independent companies operating in Brazil's onshore sector.
