The mechanic is responsible for performing diagnostics, and medium-to-high complexity preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles, contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Works autonomously to resolve issues, leads critical repairs, and guides junior technicians when necessary. **Key Responsibilities:** **1\. Diagnostics and Technical Solutions** Perform detailed diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems. Resolve medium- and high-complexity failures in engines, transmissions, electronic fuel injection systems, suspension, and other components. Use advanced diagnostic tools and interpret technical reports. **2\. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance** Carry out complex preventive and corrective maintenance services, ensuring compliance with the manufacturer's established technical standards. Conduct functional tests on repaired systems, ensuring conformity with the manufacturer's specifications. **3\. Organization and Safety** Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace. Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with occupational safety regulations. **4\. Professional Development** Participate in technical training and updates provided by the manufacturer or dealership.
