Service Manager - Marianópolis/TO

The new *Service Manager* will be responsible for managing and developing the service team, promoting technical training, process standardization, operational support, and knowledge dissemination about John Deere products, ensuring quality and efficiency of services across branches.

**Responsibilities and duties**
* Train and update the team through technical training on John Deere products.
* Deliver training sessions for internal and external clients, developing supporting educational materials.
* Support branches in diagnostics and provide technical guidance according to company directives.
* Prepare technical reports and conduct analyses for continuous service improvement.
* Participate in the development of new instructors and emerging leaders.
* Monitor department activities, ensuring process standardization and quality.
* Conduct field tests and follow product updates with the factory.
* Represent the brand at events and educational institutions, promoting networking and knowledge sharing.
* Manage classes and training on the JDU platform, ensuring proper records and formal deliveries.
* Provide technical and knowledge support to CSC and other departments.
* Perform other job-related tasks of similar complexity as required.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Administration, or related fields
* Experience in Team Management
* Post-sales experience in dealerships is desirable
* Valid Class B driver's license (CNH B) required
