Description

Job Summary: Responsible for assembling and maintaining temporary structures at construction sites, including basic water and power installations and building repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly of temporary site structures 2. Installation and adaptation of wooden structures and partitions 3. Basic electrical and plumbing services * Assemble temporary site structures, including fences, enclosures, administrative areas, storage rooms, restrooms, and changing rooms. * Install and adapt wooden structures, partitions, and other supporting elements. * Support the implementation of temporary water and electrical connections at the site. * Perform basic electrical services, such as installing light fixtures, outlets, switches, and surface-mounted wiring. * Perform simple plumbing services, such as installing and maintaining faucets, traps, toilets, and leak repairs. * Carry out minor building maintenance repairs, including painting, door and window adjustments, lock repairs, and furniture fixes. * Ensure the preservation, organization, and proper functioning of temporary site facilities throughout the entire construction process. * Identify preventive and corrective maintenance needs and report them to leadership when necessary. * Comply with internal regulations and occupational safety procedures applicable to performed activities.
