Job Summary: Perform repairs, maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyor belts, inspect systems, and communicate with customers. Key Highlights: 1. Attention to detail and a quality assurance mindset Your tasks Perform repairs, maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyor belts and their structures, both in the workshop and on-site. Recondition and coat components subject to abrasion with ceramic or rubber, both in the workshop and on-site. Inspect conveyor belt systems and components to identify wear, damage, or potential failures, and recommend appropriate solutions. Operate specialized tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good working condition. Document maintenance activities, completed repairs, and materials used for recordkeeping and quality assurance purposes. Communicate with customers and team members regarding repair status, timelines, and technical recommendations. Comply with all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Your profile **Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or equivalent (GED) * Proven experience in vulcanization or maintenance * Ability to safely operate specialized tools and equipment * Strong attention to detail and a quality assurance mindset * Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting weights, squatting, and working in various positions * Valid driver's license for field work **Desirable:** * * Experience with conveyor belt systems or industrial equipment maintenance * Proficiency in maintenance documentation systems and recordkeeping * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Problem-solving and fault diagnosis capabilities Our offer Desirable experience in vulcanization and industrial/conveyor belt maintenance services.
