Job Summary: Plan and coordinate the execution of construction projects, managing teams, schedules, budgets, and contracts to ensure quality and timely project completion. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in project and team management on construction sites. 2. Control of project schedules, budgets, and risks. 3. Interaction with clients and suppliers to ensure requirements. **Description:** Plan construction execution, coordinate planning and team management routines, and organize field activities. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and update detailed project schedules, including design, construction, and commissioning phases; * Manage human, material, and equipment resources required for project execution according to the schedule; * Monitor and control the project budget, ensuring expenditures remain within established limits; * Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks that may impact the schedule; * Coordinate activities across different disciplines, ensuring integration and synchronization throughout all project phases; * Administer contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and service quality; * Prepare and present project progress reports to management; * Maintain open communication with the client, providing updates on project phases and ensuring contractual requirements are met; * Manage internal routines to ensure documentation quality delivered to clients; * Develop contingency plans to mitigate delays; * Ensure team training and capacity building on all planning-related processes and routines. **Qualifications/Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite; * MS Project; * Primavera P6; * Contract management.
