Contract coordination and interface with clients and suppliers An engineering, environmental, and geotechnical consulting firm seeks a Technical Coordinator in Congonhas (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Conduct construction site supervision with scope in surveying, working on earthwork and civil construction projects. Responsible for managing scope, teams, and processes, ensuring technical excellence, adherence to deadlines, and focus on occupational safety, aiming for zero accidents. Manage contracts under responsibility, guaranteeing compliance with technical scope, deadlines, resources, risks, quality, and safety. Coordinate teams, assigning tasks according to scope and competencies, monitoring performance, and supporting execution. Prepare and monitor schedules, assessing risks and impacts of adopted strategies. Plan, control, and optimize contract resources. Act as interface between clients, project managers, suppliers, and contractors. Lead and participate in meetings, including safety-oriented presentations. Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. Develop preventive and corrective strategies for contracts. Prepare construction measurements, productivity indices, and technical criteria. Request, organize, and deliver training to teams. Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of internal procedures. Conduct technical visits and support preparation of technical proposals. Keep senior management informed about contract progress. Position based in Congonhas / MG. Previous experience as Technical Supervisor, Project Manager, Technical Team Leader, or Project Coordinator may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
