Job Summary: A professional responsible for diesel consumption management and supervision, as well as providing general administrative support and field operation assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Field operation support and training **Diesel consumption management and supervision:** * Registering convoys in the Posto Fácil system * Developing consumption-versus-contract performance indicators * Entering and updating data in the diesel BI system * Monitoring electronic equipment used by contractors * Supervising refueling at Posto Fácil and on-site * Critically analyzing collected data and identifying deviations **General administrative support:** * Printing and organizing documents * Preparing reporting materials (Stratws) * Purchasing supplies and archiving invoices * Supporting the development and delivery of internal training * Developing control spreadsheets and reports * Assisting with site visits * Supporting social initiatives and campaigns Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.755,13 \- R$3\.735,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance Selection question(s): * Do you have experience with administrative routines, input control, and field operation support? * Do you possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills and data analysis tools knowledge? * Do you have knowledge of Power BI and fuel management systems? * Are you familiar with Artificial Intelligence concepts applied to data analysis?
