Daily contact and monthly meetings with the municipal government **Responsibilities** BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERALL MANAGEMENT OF THE UNIT; MANAGE AND MONITOR THE FLEET AND MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT AND TRUCKS; PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT — MONITORING, REQUESTING HIRINGS, INTERVIEWS, TERMINATIONS, AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION; MONITOR MULTITASK FIELD TEAMS; MONITOR MEASUREMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION COSTS; WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT; DAILY CONTACT AND MONTHLY MEETINGS WITH THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT; OTHER DUTIES RELATED TO THIS POSITION. **Requirements** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; Prior experience in team management; Proficiency in Excel; **Profile** A solution-oriented individual with analytical thinking, time management skills, and assertive communication. **Work Schedule, Compensation, and Work Location** Location: Jardim Itacolomi Neighborhood — Ouro Preto/MG Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Salary: R$5,000.00 Meal allowance: R$600.00 Transportation: As needed.
