Your role will be to bridge business and technology areas, ensuring systems remain stable, efficient, and evolve in line with the company's strategy. * Gather and detail requirements from business areas. * Continue ongoing IT services and projects. * Model processes and propose systemic solutions. * Specify business rules and document functionalities. * Analyze and review current IT service and supply contracts. * Support the development team in implementing requirements. * Organize and maintain the backlog, roadmap, and delivery plans according to each project's needs. * Conduct impact and technical feasibility analyses. * Monitor system performance and suggest continuous improvements. * Support testing, user acceptance, and validation processes for implemented solutions. * Lead migration, system implementation (ERP/CRM), and internal process automation projects. * Ensure data integrity and compliance with LGPD and information security standards. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields (Postgraduate/MBA in Management is a plus). * Prior experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. * Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). * Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. * Familiarity with system architecture and integrations (APIs, web services). * Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and governance frameworks (ITIL/COBIT). * Knowledge of modeling tools (BPMN, UML). * Experience with Totvs/Protheus is a plus. **Soft Skills:** * Proactivity. * Ability to handle rapid changes in a growing company. * Results-Oriented: Prioritize what truly adds value to the end customer and operations.
