**Job Responsibilities:** * Operate Loader and/or Backhoe and/or Mini Loader, provided that the employee is properly licensed, trained, and authorized by the company according to operational needs, and such authorization is explicitly stated on their credential. * Immediately report any mechanical and/or electrical problems, damages, unsafe conditions, and environmental impacts at the workplace to the immediate supervisor. \- Load trucks with product, controlling the load according to requirements; \- Perform and complete pre\-use checklist. * Maintain 5S standards inside the equipment. * Adhere to schedules established by the department. * Participate daily in DSSMA (Daily Safety Stand-Up Meeting). * Perform the Immediate Attention Test (IAT) daily before starting work activities. \- Comply with all instructions, regulations, standards, and procedures related to Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health, whether corporate, site\-specific (Work Unit \- UT), client requirements, or current legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed elementary education; * Experience operating loaders; * Valid CNH driver's license, category D; * Certification as a Loader Operator. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package including various advantages that promote our employees' well\-being and satisfaction.
