




**Activities**: Develop schedules and detailed work plans using specific systems, defining stages, deadlines, resources and responsibilities according to operational guidelines; Conduct collection and analysis of technical, operational and administrative data, interpreting diagrams and specifications to support demand planning; Control and monitor projects, tracking activity progress by comparing planned versus actual performance (follow\-up); Update schedules and indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions in case of deviations; Prepare project reports and documentation, recording progress, performance, scope changes, deadlines or costs and maintaining updated historical records; Act as interface between teams and departments, ensuring effective communication; Participate in alignment meetings and contribute with technical and control information; Support management in decision-making, anticipating risks and proposing solutions; Assist in budget preparation, cost estimates and feasibility analyses; Ensure that planning complies with technical standards, legal regulations and occupational safety guidelines; Incorporate sustainability and quality practices into planned processes; Perform field activities when necessary. **Requirements**: Completed technical education in Administration, Project Management, Construction, Environment, Agriculture, Agribusiness or related fields. Office Suite, MS Project, Primavera P6 or similar and Power BI. Valid driver's license (CNHB) **Desirable**: Knowledge of Auto CAD and/or GIS tools.
