Training and Development Support We are seeking a generalist HR Analyst to work on the HR front of a retail chain in the Barão de Cocais region. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, business hours; Saturday until 12:00 p.m. Your responsibilities will include: * Recruitment and Selection. * Timekeeping closure. * Payroll closure. * Staff and employee tracking. * Monitoring probationary periods. * Administrative routines related to the department. * Training and development support. Requirements: * Strong communication skills. * Ability to manage diverse demands and serve multiple clients effectively. * Familiarity with HR and Personnel Department processes. * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
