Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing and supervising laboratory activities, performing tests, controlling quality, ensuring compliance with regulations, providing technical support, and fostering a positive team environment. Technical-scientific support and communication of critical results * Organize and supervise laboratory activities, ensuring adherence to technical standards and biosafety regulations; * Centrifuge samples; * Calibrate and control all equipment; * Wash reusable materials; * Perform laboratory tests, ensuring result quality and reliability; * Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control; * Monitor the use, storage, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies; * Collect, interpret, and issue diagnostic reports for diseases; * Ensure compliance with health surveillance regulations and applicable legislation; Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Comply with INTS institutional policies; * Maintain internal and external contacts, requiring skill, knowledge, and sensitivity to lead, refer, negotiate, and resolve diverse situations related to patient care processes; * Promote high-quality teamwork and maintain a positive work environment; Release test results; * Master the technical department’s operational procedures; Provide technical-scientific support to patients, physicians, and staff; * Instruct staff, patients, and clinical personnel regarding preparation for biological sample collection and turnaround time for test result release; * Trace pending samples in the system and resolve related issues; Monitor the re-collection spreadsheet and supervise patient communication; * Communicate critical results; Validate daily, monthly, etc., internal quality control practices according to the internal quality control program; * Ensure proper maintenance of various departmental equipment, request maintenance when necessary, monitor service execution, and conduct quality tests on performed services; * Perform other duties relevant to the position.
