Engeluz Company is hiring an Occupational Safety Technician to work in Cuiabá-MT. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of the Ministry of Labor’s regulatory standards (especially NR-01, NR-05, NR-06, NR-10, NR-11, NR-12, and NR-35); * Implementation and technical knowledge of PGR/PCMSO; * Accident and incident investigation and analysis; * Techniques for prevention of environmental hazards (physical, chemical, biological, and ergonomic); * Control and inspection of PPE and collective protective equipment (EPI/EPC); * Emergency procedures; * Document management and reporting techniques; * Knowledge of ISO9001/14001 and ISO45001; * Knowledge of MTR/SINIR; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Clear and objective communication (oral and written); * Technical and preventive approach; * Proactivity and ownership mindset in identifying and correcting hazardous situations; * Ability to work effectively in teams and strong interpersonal skills; * Conducting training focused on awareness-raising; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Commitment to regulatory compliance and organizational culture; * Quick and decisive decision-making in hazardous situations; * Active professional registration with the Ministry of Labor (MTE); * NR-10 – Electrical Installation Safety; * NR-12 – Machinery and Equipment (Cranes and Mobile Cranes); * NR-35 – Working at Heights; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
