Our HR department plays a critical role in ensuring a strong organizational culture focused on results and human development. **Responsibilities** * Manage **recruitment and selection** processes (job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees); * Support and guide store leaders in **people management**; * Administer and monitor **schedules, vacations, absences, leaves of absence, and medical certificates**; * Develop **informational notices, announcements, and onboarding materials** for employees; * Support **training, engagement, and organizational climate** programs; * Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in **generalist Human Resources**; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and mediation capability; * Knowledge of the **Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT)** and labor-related routines; * Dynamic profile, oriented toward **team and process management**. **What We Offer** * Collaborative and challenging work environment; * Growth opportunity within an expanding company; * On-site meals; * Product discounts; * Transportation allowance (VT).
