Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and **being responsible for:** * Developing high-quality code, performing complex refactors, and conducting code reviews. * Designing and maintaining robust, scalable APIs to ensure resilient, modular solutions aligned with business objectives. * Making data-driven decisions using dashboards, analytical tools, and the team’s collective experience. * Designing distributed architectures using advanced patterns. * Defining testing and observability strategies, implementing automated tests, metrics, and logs to ensure reliability and performance. * Applying best practices to guarantee result quality and application health and security. **What we’re looking for in you?** * Knowledge of backend development, application architecture, and databases. * Experience with Golang; knowledge of Kotlin and Java is a plus. * Knowledge/experience with development best practices: SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns. * Experience using and developing metrics with Datadog, Tableau, BigQuery, etc. * Openness to collaborating with LATAM teams, including documentation in Spanish. **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin American technology?** Apply now and join our mission!
