Job Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Minimum of 5 months in the current position (for internal applications from Piracanjuba employees); * Technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields; * Availability to work rotating shifts and schedules; * Proven experience in maintenance of UHT equipment and thermal sterilization systems; * Knowledge of industrial utilities (steam, chilled water, compressed air); * Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams; * Skills in failure analysis and predictive maintenance tools (vibration, thermography, etc.); * Knowledge of automation systems and PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell, or similar); * Familiarity with safety and quality standards (NRs, ISO, HACCP); * Experience in people management and team leadership; * Knowledge of administrative maintenance processes (KPI planning, procurement, supplier registration, SAP); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in related fields; * Experience with Tetra Pak; * Experience in the dairy industry. * Maintenance team management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor team activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards; * Planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance: Ensure availability and reliability of UHT equipment and associated peripherals; * Failure analysis and continuous improvement: Identify root causes, propose solutions, and implement actions to reduce unplanned downtime; * KPI management: Monitor MTBF, MTTR, maintenance costs, and propose strategies for optimization; * Materials and spare parts control: Ensure adequate inventory levels and efficient management of critical components; * Technical support to production: Act as a liaison between maintenance and operations to ensure process performance; * Compliance with regulatory standards and audits: Ensure adherence to quality, food safety, and applicable legal requirements; * Team training and development: Train technicians on best practices and emerging technologies; * Participation in planning meetings: Collaborate with PCP, production coordinators, and management to align operational strategy. 2512070202191909407
