




Job Summary: A professional to perform administrative and contract-related tasks, including data collection, document management, and support in preparing reports and invoices. Supporting the preparation of reports and invoices * Collect and record readings or data for monthly processes such as billing or reporting. Monitor recurring equipment or items and assist in preparing management reports. * Create new records or contracts in the system, updating current data via addendums (additions or deletions). * Notify the team via email about required supplies (paper, labels, etc.) for new registrations or modifications. * Manage physical and digital documents after supervisor approval, including adding/removing items and issuing notes. * Support invoice preparation and implement requested changes in administrative records. * Completed high school education; * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related fields is preferred. * Advanced Excel skills, proficient typing, and numerical aptitude. * Prior experience in administrative or contract-related routines.
