Preparation and accompaniment for examinations and documentation **Job Details** -------------------- **What are the challenges of this area and role:** This person will be responsible for serving Group Fleury customers. We seek someone who welcomes, listens to, and understands customers' needs, with a focus on preserving humanized service without compromising the quality and excellence we highly value. Responsible for patient reception and referral to the examination room, providing guidance regarding procedures performed in ultrasound, MRI, CT scans, and graphic methods. Applies and verifies forms, performs electrode and cuff positioning and hygiene, enters and prints examination reports and images for assembling the patient's file. **Main Responsibilities:** ✓ Refer patients to the examination room according to the appointment schedule, providing information and guidance about examination procedures; ✓ Prepare examination images, operate the system, and enter examination data as presented by the physician; ✓ Assemble the patient's file with results, attaching images and the signed report; ✓ Maintain equipment cleanliness, performing hygiene procedures for ultrasound transducers, transporting them between examination rooms and utility rooms, and completing required records; ✓ Monitor pending issue reports and support resolution efforts, contacting customers when necessary; ✓ Confirm appointments with patients to maximize occupancy and optimize rescheduling; ✓ Procure necessary materials from the warehouse; upon receipt, verify and store received items. **We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:** Before applying, please ensure you meet the requirements and align with our purpose.
