Job Summary: Professional required for technical supervision, critical analysis, and management of conceptual, basic, and detailed projects related to dam decommissioning and geotechnics. Key Highlights: 1. Technical supervision and critical analysis of geotechnical and dam projects 2. Project management and interface with technical departments 3. Communication with external agencies and institutions * In-depth technical supervision and critical analysis of conceptual, basic, and detailed projects focused on dam decommissioning and general geotechnical projects; * Field activity supervision, including: * ◦ Geologic\-geotechnical investigations;◦ Installation and monitoring of instrumentation systems;◦ Support for construction implementation requirements;◦ Management of ATOs and processes such as NC, SIT, and NAP; * Project management routines, document organization, and interface with other technical departments; * Technical analyses, report preparation, and project reviews; * Physical and financial project monitoring, including disbursement planning, scheduling, and contract management; * Communication with external agencies/institutions such as audit bodies, ANM, FEAM, MP, etc. Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$6\.081,47 \- R$12\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance Screening Questions: * Do you have experience in geotechnical projects? * Do you have experience developing projects using BIM? * Do you have experience in environmental licensing processes? * Do you have experience with geotechnical legislation? * Do you have experience in project and portfolio management? * Do you have experience with the FEL methodology? * Do you have experience in large-scale projects?
