Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing optical fiber splicing, fusion, and testing to ensure service integrity, while engaging in the installation and maintenance of aerial networks. Key Highlights: 1. Optical fiber testing and diagnostics 2. Installation and maintenance of optical fiber in aerial networks 3. Proficiency in interpreting project documents and using measurement equipment Performs splicing and fusion of passive components and optical fiber testing to ensure the integrity of executed services. Conducts tests to ensure the integrity of executed services, with full proficiency in interpreting project documents and operating measurement equipment—such as OTDR and power meters—to support diagnostics and monitoring in TX environments. Engages in the installation and maintenance of optical fiber in aerial networks (fusion-spliced and connectorized), under BBN and FTTX topologies.
