We provide recruitment, selection, and human resources consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service. Assist sales representatives during negotiation and closing processes. Organize and track orders. Register customers and update information in the system. Issue quotations and commercial proposals. Monitor after-sales to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with inventory control and department organization. Support promotional activities and sales campaigns. Prepare reports to support the commercial team. Previous experience as Sales Assistant, Sales Representative, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
