




Job Summary: The Controller Analyst at Transpanorama will perform activities related to classification, guidance, analysis, and auditing of processes, costs, and accounting entries within the ERP system. Description: Basic requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Proven experience in Controllership; * Knowledge of accounting principles (balance sheet and income statement); * Familiarity with cost center structure and chart of accounts. Preferred qualifications: * Experience in Controllership or Accounting within companies organized by cost centers; * Intermediate Excel skills. As a Controller Analyst at Transpanorama, you will perform the following duties: * Classify documents for recording in the ERP system; * Guide departments, upon request, on classifications—identifying: product, description, and managerial cost center; * Update and analyze performance indicator spreadsheets; * Perform and analyze allocations of cost and expense entries; * Import allocations into the ERP system; * Conduct internal process and cost audits; * Perform and analyze imports of non-automated costs into the ERP system; * Reconcile and analyze cost and expense accounting accounts; * Correct/reclassify entries with discrepancies in cost center or account; * Notify the responsible department regarding corrections of entries with discrepancies in cost center or account; * Configure approval scenarios for purchase requests by managerial cost center and purchasing department; * Perform accounting configuration in the system, including parameterization by category, nature of transaction, vehicle type, and managerial cost center; * Record fixed assets related to company vehicles in the accounting system; * Perform accounting integration; * Reconcile expense reports/cash reconciliation; * Perform fleet depreciation, when required. 2511070202301626639
