Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations Operate industrial machines on the beverage production line, ensuring proper equipment operation, final product quality, and compliance with safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate production line machines, such as depalletizer, washer, labeler, filler, case packer, palletizer, and wrapper; * Adjust machine parameters and settings to maintain production standards and performance; * Monitor equipment operation and identify faults or deviations in the production process; * Conduct quality inspections (fill level, labeling, package integrity, and product standard); * Complete production records, quality control logs, and process documentation; * Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food and industrial safety regulations; * Perform basic cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production areas; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean, organized work environment; * Support format changes, setups, and minor operational adjustments; * Report incidents, deviations, and maintenance needs to the team leader or supervisor.
