If you seek challenges, professional development, and wish to join a solid company that values people and results, this could be your place. **Build your career journey with Transpanorama!** For questions regarding application to our job openings, access support by clicking here: https://support\-candidates.gupy.io/hc/pt\-br **Responsibilities and duties** As Transpanorama’s **SSMA Assistant**, you will carry out the following activities: * Monitor risk events identified by onboard camera systems and vehicle telematics; * Analyze incidents related to behavioral risk elements defined in internal policies, client requirements, and legal regulations; * Classify and record events according to technical criteria and procedures established by the carrier and its clients; * Conduct immediate follow-up actions when applicable (contact with driver and/or leadership); * Issue formal notifications and apply disciplinary penalties per the current Disciplinary Action Policy; * Forward documentation of incidents and penalties to SSMA managers and involved leadership; * Prepare operational reports and performance indicators related to monitored events; * Support identification of behavioral trends and propose preventive actions; * Ensure traceability and organization of evidence (images, videos, and system-generated reports); * Align all activities with the company’s Safety, Health, Environment, and Road Safety guidelines. **Requirements and qualifications** **Basic requirements:** * Experience or background in camera monitoring or risk management; * Completed High School education **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Microsoft Office suite proficiency **Additional information** **Benefits Designed for You!** At Transpanorama, your well-being, professional development, and quality of life come first.
