Supporting Logistics coordination with information and performance indicators **City:** Maringá**State:** Paraná (BR\-PR)**Country:** Brazil (BR)**Job ID:** 43495 **Job Mission:** Ensure that planned and executed railcar dispatch operations and volume recordkeeping occur in accordance with company strategies, aiming for Safety, Quality, and Productivity. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Monitor railcar loading procedures, cargo distribution, and verification of weight limits per destination. * Monitor MANEUVERING operations during loading (removal of loaded railcars, segregation of rejected railcars, train formation, and railcar repositioning). * Announce loading openings, specifying destinations and number of railcars. * Conduct ON-SITE monitoring of shipments, railcar sealing and inspection (verify and advise on criteria adopted for REJECTING RAILCARS); * Control shipment numbers: quantity of railcars positioned, loaded per product and destination, quantity of rejected railcars, and reasons for rejection. * Support Bunge’s Logistics coordination by providing loading-related information and developing performance indicators to assess results and improve processes. * Align shipment strategies (loading openings, railcar allocation, cadences, positioning forecasts) among Rumo, Bunge Logistics, and Bunge Operations; * Daily alignment with Rumo regarding railcar availability, scheduled positioning and removal times. * Control materials for railcar recovery provided by Rumo. * Third-party transshipment: monitor receipt, shipment, and stock volume tracking; create daily control spreadsheets to support Bunge’s Logistics, Operations, and Commercial areas; monitor road transport cadences; define shipment strategies (monitor physical and fiscal inventory balances; railcar transit; loading opening). * Daily monitoring of TOP (Take our Pay) ALL X BUNGE. * Monitor road quota releases and daily unloading performance, preventing unloaded quantities from exceeding programmed volumes; if lower, intervene in railcar loading; if higher, notify the loading origin. * Be responsible for ensuring personal and colleagues’ safety and complying with established procedures for task execution.
