Will work according to established workflows, recording activities in the management software. Also responsible for proposing architectural improvements, reviewing code, guiding junior developers, and participating in sprint planning. At more advanced levels, will define technical architectures, make strategic decisions, evaluate new technologies, mentor teams, and maintain interfaces with non-technical stakeholders.
