Develop technical designs and detailed specifications for asphalt pavement, CBUQ, rigid pavements, drainage systems, and earthworks. Supervise and inspect construction works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, schedules, and budgets. Conduct quality control of materials and services, including field inspections and laboratory testing. Manage construction teams, coordinating surveyors, foremen, and equipment operators. Analyze earthwork designs to optimize cut-and-fill volumes and soil movement logistics. Prepare technical reports and monitor construction performance indicators. Assess environmental impacts and implement mitigation measures. Collaborate with suppliers for material procurement, request quotations, and control quality. Support site inspections for phase approvals.
